Who else loves to snack out there?? Who else needs a healthy go to snack you don’t have to feel guilty about?
Well you my friend, have come to the right place!! Not only are these chickpeas a healthy and delicious snack – but they are incredibly easy to make! 20 minutes and you have yourself something to snack on for the next few days.. I personally make then as an afternoon snack and try not to eat the full bowl at one time. 🙂
I hope you enjoy these little peas as much as I do…. they super are addictive once you start making them! (Also, isn’t that towel adorable? New kitchen addition from my momma!)
- 1 can of Garbanzo Beans
- 1 tbs. Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Lawery's Seasoning
- 2 tbs. Parmesan (Optional)
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Rinse and soak the can of beans.
- Toss in the other ingredients, give it a good stir and place on a baking sheet.
- Let roast for 15-20 minutes depending on your preferred crispiness.
- Enjoy!
Now let’s get to cooking! Heat up the oven to 425 and open the can of beans. Below are all the ingredients you need to make these peas! Most of which you should already have on hand in the kitchen!
